Prices shown are per YARD unless otherwise stated. You can place fractional orders of one half yard or more.
Payment
Prices shown are in US DOLLARS. We accept credit cards on site as well as credit cards, bank transfers and balance payments through Paypal. Paypal is free for the buyer to use. You can sign up at paypal.com. If you pay by echeck through Paypal, your order will ship when your payment clears.
For those who feel uncomfortable using your credit card or Paypal, we accept personal checks from US banks and US postal money orders, but have to wait for the check to clear before we can ship your merchandise. Buyer assumes responsibility for any fees resulting from defaulted payment (such as a bounced check). Please note: Orders that have not been paid for within 10 days will be automatically cancelled unless contact is made. To put a hold on the order please contact myrinda@fabrichound.com.
Shipping
I use USPS First Class, International First Class, Priority, Priority International and Parcel Post (within the US only). All levels of service include delivery confimation. Insurance available for an additional charge. FREE SHIPPING promotions will be sent the most economical method at my discretion. Please note the 4 pound maximum for International First Class-over 4# will require Priority services.
Express, overnight and rush services also available. Please email for details.
Shipping charges are weight based and can vary widely, depending on your order. Due to limitations of our computer system, flat rate pricing does not show. I work hard to reduce shipping costs by using flat rate packages when possible and will refund overcharges when your order is shipped. If you UNDERPAY, I will contact you and your order will ship when I receive the remaining balance.
Please note some fabrics are bulky for their weight. Many of our fabrics are 60" wide and the knits vary from lightweight jerseys to thick fleeces. Different fabrics of the same weight may not fit in the same box.

Return Policy
I am unable to accept returns of most items. If I make a mistake or you receive a flawed product, please contact me directly so I may correct the situation. Please be prepared to show a photograph of the damaged or flawed product (for accounting purposes). I will replace the product or refund your payment if the item is out of stock. Because of copyright issues, it is impossible for me to accept returns of patterns, books and magazines.
Swatches and Samples
If you need a swatch, I may be able to provide them on some fabrics. Import fabrics are limited in quantity. Once they are gone, I usually cannot get more. Swatch service is $2 (up to 5 fabrics) refundable with your first order. More than 5 swatches is $5.
Merchandise Availability
OCCASIONALLY items show as available on the site but may be sold out or of partial quantity. If this is the case, I will attempt to contact you VIA EMAIL. If I do not hear back within 48 hours, I will ship your order and refund for the out of stock item(s). If you have ANY questions at all, please do not hesistate to EMAIL me.
Email Lists and Security
Your name, address, phone number, or email address will not be given or sold to any mailing list. You can request to be added to our email list when you order through the link on this site. I send an email newsletter about once a week with specials, updates, and contests.
