How are items measured and priced?
Prices are shown in US dollars and measured in yards. Fabrics are available in minimum HALF YARD increments. MOST trims are sold per yard, with the exception of some of the more expensive specialty trims, which are available per HALF YARD.
How long until my order is packed and shipped?
I try my best to ship within 48 hours Monday thru Friday (excluding Holidays). I do not pack orders on weekends, so that I may spend time with my family, however you may always email with any questions, concerns, etc. Deadline for orders to be packed for Friday shipment is 12 NOON PST (West Coast).
How long will it take to receive my order?
I use US Postal Service for all our shipping, unless otherwise specified. I am located in Southern California. First Class can take as long as 4-10 business days. Priority services are NOT guaranteed but usually take 3-4 days for US destinations, 7-14 for International (sometimes longer). If you absolutely need a guaranteed delivery, please email me first to be sure I can fulfill that. Be aware that guaranteed and expedited services can cost considerably more (including an additional RUSH ORDER fee of $10).
My shipping seems a little high...
I use a weight based system. Some items are bulky for their weight (various knits) and might not fit in flat rate packaging. Additionally, I am limited by programming, so flat rate pricing may not be offerred when you check out. If I can reduce your shipping charges, I do and automatically refund the overcharge. If pricing is your main concern, please note that you would like the very lowest price, regardless of speed of delivery.
I can't check out or have other problems/questions...
Please understand, I am a single person operation and the mom of two kids. 99% of the time, I need to be in front of my computer to assist you. I also prefer to have a written record of how your issue was taken care of. ANY questions, concerns, etc should be sent via email and I will get back to you ASAP!
Do you accept returns?
I am unable to accept returns of cut merchandise. If I make a mistake or you receive a flawed product, please contact me directly so I may fix that for you. Please be prepared to show a photo of the damaged or flawed item, for accounting purposes. I will replace the flawed product or refund your payment if the item is out of stock. Because of copyright issues, it is impossible for us to accept returns of patterns, magazines, and books.
